Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before your purchase is completed.

From time to time, ARA may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take up to 24–72 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

ARA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

We will do our best to assist you in resolving the situation.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  • Look around your property for a safe delivery location.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

ARA cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
